Fox News reports that the deportation proceedings for Mosab Hassan Yousef have been dismissed. Yousef is the oldest son of Hamas founder Sheikh Hassan Yousef. He has spoken very publically about his former life in a Hamas family, then as a spy for Israel. He ultimately abandoned his Muslim faith, denounced his father's organization, moved to America and became a Christian.
